Learn more at . Key Responsibilities - Assist with on-site residential construction and repair projects
- Load, unload, and move materials and tools
- Support tasks including demolition, cleanup, installation prep, and finishing work
- Follow directions from team leads and trades professionals
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Interact respectfully and professionally with customers
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or general labor preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to take initiative
- Must be able to work without being distracted by mobile devices
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocol
