Job Description
Billing Configuration and Operations Leader Responsibilities: - Manage the distribution and parameter setup for PBM client billing of over 92 billion in yearly revenue
- Manage manual billing and adjustments
- Manage group mailboxes, processing an average of 600 requests per month, with a turnaround time of one day or less.
- Monitor for automation methods that provide efficiency within the team
- Create and maintain all team Policies, SOP, and work instructions
- Directly supervise 4-6 direct reports and manage team processes and structure, while managing quality of work and committed SLA turnaround times
- Manage all training, cross training and job growth of team
- Partner across functionally with Account Management, Implementation, Information Technology, Accounting, Client Accounts Receivable, and Clients to resolve billing issues
- Drive opportunities for change and improvements to assist in job quality and satisfaction
Qualifications: - 3+ years' experience in healthcare/pharmacy billing, finance and/or IT/Project management preferred
- 2+ years' previous people leader experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous experience in the PBM industry a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,700 - 127,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
