Fire Protection Services is looking for an organized and efficient Dispatcher to act as the member of our Customer Service team who is responsible for managing the schedules for our Field Technicians. The ideal candidate will have good time management and organizational capabilities and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. 

Specific Job Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the inspections calendar to ensure it is full and the needs of both new and existing customers are being met.
• Ensuring customer information is collected, recorded, maintained and updated. 
• Serving as the main point of contact and support for the Inspectors in order to assist them with maintaining their schedule and providing excellent customer service. 
• Monitoring the calendar so that increases as well as decreases in scheduled jobs can be addressed.
• Developing customer insight and knowledge in order to identify additional business opportunities.
• Serving as a member of the front line team in regards to answering the phone. 

Job Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience with a variety of software applications and the willingness to learn new platforms. ServiceTrade experience is a plus. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• A customer service focus. 
• Flexibility to handle a dynamic working environment. 
• Persistence to ensure effective communication with customers. 
• Scheduling/dispatching experience is a plus.
