This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst in the United States .

In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions across product, marketing, and engineering teams. You will build dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses, and translate technical data into clear, non-technical recommendations for stakeholders. Acting as a key analytical partner, you will influence strategy, improve processes, and enhance reporting capabilities. You will also support the development and optimization of semantic data layers, maintain data integrity, and help teams leverage data effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

· Build and maintain dashboards and reports for both internal and customer-facing teams using business intelligence tools.

· Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions and guide strategic decision-making.

· Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure accurate data collection and inform ETL and schema design decisions.

· Use LookML or similar frameworks to define dimensions, aggregates, calculations, and data relationships in SQL databases.

· Investigate data integrity issues and propose solutions to maintain high-quality, reliable datasets.

· Provide documentation, training, and hands-on support to improve end-user understanding and adoption of analytical tools.

· Support administration and optimization of business intelligence software.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related field.

· Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large, relational datasets.

· Experience with web-based business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Chartio.

· Understanding of conditional logic, programming language syntax, and data relationships.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

· Curiosity and experience (or interest) in exploring AI tools and data-driven experimentation.
