Job Description

Description We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Moline, Illinois. In this position, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will help drive informed decision-making across the organization, while fostering collaboration between various departments. Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to support data-driven decision-making. - Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as PowerBI and BusinessObjects Technologies. - Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and security teams to ensure accurate data product creation and delivery. - Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Design and implement AB testing strategies to evaluate data solutions and drive performance. - Utilize tools like Apache Spark and R Studio to process and analyze large datasets effectively. - Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment of data initiatives with organizational goals. - Conduct thorough data storytelling to present insights in a clear and impactful manner. - Uphold data confidentiality, integrity, and security standards in all interactions. - Assist in Agile Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery of projects and updates. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles, showcasing attention to detail. - High School Diploma or equivalent education. - Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python. - Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools, including PowerBI and Microsoft Visual Studio. - Familiarity with data modeling tools like Erwin Data and analytics platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and build positive relationships within a team environment.
