Customer Service/Emergency Driver Support Are you passionate about keeping fleets running smoothly and supporting drivers on the road? Schneider is looking for a dedicated Emergency Maintenance Specialist to join our team in a full-time role, working Sunday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. If you have a knack for problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a real impact with one of the industry's leading companies. Job Specifications: + Job Type: Full-Time + Location: Not specified + Scheduled Days/Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. + Number of Openings: 1 Roles and Responsibilities: + Respond promptly to calls and messages from drivers experiencing truck and trailer equipment issues. + Guide drivers with temporary solutions in compliance with DOT regulations. + Assist drivers with roadside and shop support + Assist drivers behind the scenes with support as they navigate emergency issues Qualifications & Skills: + Technical degree in diesel technology preferred, but not required. + Minimum 1 year of diesel or automotive repair experience. + Basic proficiency with computer applications. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
