The Northern Nevada Medical Group (NNMG) is seeking a skilled Per Diem Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our collaborative surgical team in Reno, NV. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP/PA with first assist certification and endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) experience who is looking for flexible scheduling and a supportive, high-performing environment.

Per diem, flexible schedule to support surgical coverage and patient care
Assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including endoscopic vein harvesting
Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, inpatient rounding, and first assist in the OR
Join a tight-knit, team-oriented environment where APPs are respected and empowered
NP/PA with active Nevada license (or eligibility)
First Assist Certification/Experience required
Proven experience in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH)
Strong clinical background in cardiac surgery, CT ICU, or cardiothoracic care
Competitive hourly rate: $85–$115/hour, based on experience and scope of work
Malpractice insurance provided
