Job Description
Requirements:
10+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in IT delivery or consulting.
Strong CRM knowledge Dynamics 365 Sales preferred; others (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) accepted.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
Preferred:
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.).
Experience with reporting tools and ERP integration (SAP, Oracle).
