The intern will be assigned a project in which it is determined by the needs of the business.
Job Responsibilities We are looking for a culinary product development intern to join our culinary innovation team. As the intern for our culinary innovation team, you will be responsible for working on a specific project during your time here (to be assign at the start of intern program). In addition to your project, you will support the culinary team with a variety of responsibilities.
- Gain understanding of food formation.
- Co-develop food formulation/ recipes
- Summarize and data entry of daily activities.
- Assists in the ordering and receiving of supplies.
- Maintain inventory supply level.
- Support customer presentations.
- Research culinary tends and insights relative to customer projects/ needs.
- Work cross functionally with other OSI business units.
- Enrolled in accredited culinary school, food science program or dietarian program.
- Passion for cooking
- Culinary cooking experience.
- Time management.
- Communication skills.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
