CNC Operator

Job Summary

We are hiring a CNC Operator to run multi-axis CNC machines for a fast-growing countertop fabrication company serving Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

Daily Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate multi-axis CNC machines efficiently and safely.
Load and unload slabs using overhead cranes.
Monitor CNC controls and make adjustments for optimal results.
Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep work area organized.
Report material defects or discrepancies to the Shop Foreman.

Qualifications

1-2 years of CNC experience in stone industry preferred or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in CNC setup, programming, and operation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift or move objects over 70 pounds.
