Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our team at our facility in Arab, AL. As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the production of our components. If you have a passion for machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
