This is a remote position.

We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team at ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP. As a key player in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Location: United States (Remote)

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
  
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
  
• Update customer information in the database during each call
  
• Meet and exceed performance targets and goals
  

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong problem-solving skills
  
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
