Manager Notes:

• This position is ideally onsite WHQ for the hybrid work schedule

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to improve systems and workflows.
• Analyze current processes, gather requirements, and recommend system enhancements.
• Support the implementation of new tools and technologies that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Mapping business needs to system capabilities and identifying gaps.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize system requirements.
• Testing and validating system changes before deployment.
• Creating user guides, training materials, and process documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3-5 YOE minimum as a Business Systems Analyst from large scale enterprise level environments
• Experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or IT project coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM) and data workflows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
