Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop datasets that serve as sources for various reports and

enterprise data marts.

• Analyze datasets – perform exploratory analysis, data

manipulation, or data modeling for deliverables.

• Leads or facilitates meetings to translate business needs into

clearly defined, well-documented, high-quality requirements to
support future reporting and visualizations.

• Provides consultative assistance to cross-functional teams and

external departments working with data.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or professional level

of knowledge in a specialized field, or
equivalent, related experience;
4-6 years' experience or equivalent,
related knowledge

• Assists in the development of complex ad hoc reporting.
• Exercises discretion and applies critical thinking relative to

analysis, planning, and/or implementation of critical business
initiatives.

• Provides prescriptive recommendations for action as part of

reporting based on analysis of requested data.

• Applies data best practices to ensure the quality and accessibility

of assembled datasets

Pay Philosophy : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Salary Range $87k - $130k
