Brewery Hand & Delivery Driver – Learn the Craft, Support the Flow
Location: Warrenville & Elmhurst, IL
Company: 93 Octane Brewery + The PRIDE Convenience Store
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Position Overview

As a Brewery Hand & Delivery Driver , you’ll split your time between helping our brewers with hands-on tasks in the brewery and managing local deliveries between our brewery, warehouse, distribution partners, and PRIDE locations.

Key Responsibilities

Brewery Learning & Support:

• Work alongside brewers to learn the production process, including cleaning, prep work, and equipment handling
• Assist with keg washing, tank cleaning, packaging, and other cellar tasks
• Help with loading/unloading raw ingredients and finished product
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
• Be eager to learn and grow within a team-oriented brewery setting

Delivery & Logistics:

• Load and transport products between 93 Octane Brewery, The PRIDE warehouse, PRIDE retail locations, and local distributors
• Coordinate distribution pickups and ensure proper handling of goods
• Drive company vehicle and ensure timely, professional deliveries
• Maintain accurate logs and uphold a high standard of customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Eagerness to Learn: No brewing experience required—just a passion for craft beer and a willingness to work hard and absorb knowledge
• Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving
• Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in a physical setting
• Dependable & Self-Motivated: Punctual, respectful, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Adaptability: Comfortable working both in the brewery and on the road

Experience

• Driving a Box Truck
• Forklift
• Warehouse & Delivery
• Brewing and Beer Production / beneficial but not required
