Attention Automotive Technicians:

IMMEDIATE OPENING: Auto Repair Tech with 5+ years current experience working on passenger cars. Must be able to work on all makes and models, both foreign and domestic.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Guaranteed minimum salary with potential annual earnings of $90k or more.
• Weekly pay period.
• 5 Day Work Week: Monday thru Friday 8am - 5 pm. No Nights -No Weekends -No Holidays.

• Full Machine Shop on premises - no outsourcing and waiting to complete job.
• Bright, well-lit shop.
• No engagement with customers: drop-off only, no waiting policy. Service manager deals with all customers. No technician involvement.
• No searching for parts - service writer will order all needed parts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years current automotive repair experience on passenger cars & light trucks; all makes & models, foreign & domestic. Must be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues.
• Must be extremely knowledgeable with all systems in automobiles and light trucks, including engine, emissions, drive-line, transmission, electrical, A/C, alignments.
• Ability to consistently turn in 40 billable hours per week.
• Ability to use tablet for Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) including pictures and videos.
• Effectively communicate diagnoses and issues to Service Writer.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; clean background check.
• Bonus for ASE Certification and/or Maryland State Inspector’s License.
• Must be able to provide own tools.
• Must be willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be honest, dependable, respectful, and responsible.
