• Conduct routine diagnostic hearing evaluations.
• Counsel patients and recommend appropriate amplification solutions.
• Fit and program hearing aids with real-ear verification.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients on hearing aid care and ongoing maintenance.
• Deliver top-tier service in a patient-first, retail-driven setting.
