Ideal candidates will have previous administrative and/or project management experience, and won't be shy to jump right in and help the team brainstorm new ways to make and already great group even more efficient. **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7-4 or 8-5 **Location:** Birmingham, AL **Employment Type:** Full-time, Direct Hire **Key Responsibilities:** + Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings; take meeting notes and distribute to appropriate teams. + Answer telephones, emails, and respond to client inquiries professionally. + Assist with tracking project progress and assist with financially-driven admin tasks. + Maintain accurate records. + Data entry and maintaining company databases **Requirements:** + Previous admin experience in construction, electrical, or similar industries preferred. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities + Ability to handle confidential information; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + *Experience with project management and accounting-based software a plus. **How to Apply:** Please send your resume and cover letter to marlena.rice@kellyservices.com.
