JOB REQUIREMENTS: Great opportunity working for a Plover area client as
an Administrative Customer Account Assistant within their Customer Service Team. This is a temporary position expected to continue for 9-12 months with the possibility of it becoming long term temp to hire. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm (with some potential for flexibility) with a rate of \$17-19/hour,based on experience. Will be providing support to the Account Team by assisting with coordinating production leading to customers\' finished product. This Account Assistant is responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by engaging with the customer through all stages of the manufacturing process- from initial contact through final disposition of the product. Duties include: Entering manufacturing instructions and customer-specific requirements into internal systems Gathering and interpreting job and product specifications from customers and internal manufacturing teams Assisting the Account Manager in coordinating projects across purchasing, production, final assembly, shipping, and invoicing stages Communicating project updates proactively to customers and internal stakeholders Conducting credit checks for new customer accounts Entering and maintaining data from sales forecasts and purchase orders Setting up and managing item data records and Bills of Material (BOM) Prioritizing and resolving customer requests to meet deadlines and service expectations Preparing reports and documentation As needed, coordinating production schedules and activities with internal departments and external partners \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: HS Diploma or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience A good knowledge of general administrative practices Manufacturing operations experience is a plus Proficiency with computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets and ability to learn new programs Excellent communication and organizational skill Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: stevenspoint@flexstaff.com Apply Online: Call For Appointment: 715-343-9000 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
