Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team focused on providing RPO workforce solutions for our client, a global technology platform. This is a remote W2 contract position with a duration of 6+ months.

In this role, you will ensure best-in-class workplace accommodations and ADA compliance for employees. You will manage leave of absence issues, address accommodation requests, and act as a liaison among employees, stakeholders, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accommodation process, partnering with HR and leaders to implement solutions based on employee needs.
• Oversee the absence and accommodation program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders about accommodation and leave statuses.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving employee experiences and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead complex projects while ensuring accuracy in employee data and vendor interactions.
• Advocate for the accommodations process and provide educational support.
• Document communications and provide operational reports.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of comprehensive Accommodations and ADA (Corporate America)
• Understanding of ADA and Nero Diversity
• Knowledge of federal and state disability laws (ADA, FMLA, etc.).
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably Workday.

Minimum Salary: 60-65/hr.
