Job Description

1. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, cassette, VRV/VRF, central units) .
2. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to cooling, airflow, or electrical faults.
4. Handle refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, and pressure testing .
5. Check and replace defective components such as compressors, motors, filters, thermostats, and sensors.
6. Ensure proper ducting, insulation, and air balancing .
7. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records .
8. Adhere to safety protocols , environmental guidelines, and manufacturer standards.
9. Provide customer support and explain issues and solutions clearly.
10. Collaborate with engineers or supervisors on large installation projects.
