As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first - so your impact really will change lives. **Our** **Kelly Education** **Recruiter** **is accountable for:** + Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations + Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers + Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area + Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events **Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:** + 1+ years of customer service, high volume recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience required + Excellent verbal and written communicator + Customer service focus + MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required + Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required This is a virtual position in Oklahoma City, OK. Candidates must live within 30-60 minutes within OKC metro area to support local business and client recruiting and onboarding needs.
